  • 50 g of frozen mixed berries
  • 200 mL of apple juice

Mix the ingredients together and blend until the drink is nice and smooth. Enjoy it as a breakfast drink, before your workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup pineapple pieces drained, no juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 300 ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp of beetroot powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes untill smooth. You can top the smoothie off with some more chia seeds.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of beetroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optionally you can add a scoop chocolate protein powder

Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend untill creamy and smooth. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup cherries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for topping )
