Tea is amazing stuff. It’s well known that many teas don’t just taste great, but they also have many wonderful health boosting properties as well.
In the video below Ian Hart (creator of the Back Pain Relief 4 Life system) reveals how to make a secret tea that can be used for powerful pain relief, fights inflammation and has numerous other health benefits as well.
This little known tea formula is going to increase blood flow and oxygen to your body. Your whole body will actually feel warm and you’ll feel loosened up from it. The tea also has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti microbial properties.
According to Hart you should feel significant relief immediately after drinking it. Definitely worth a shot if you’re suffering from back or joint pain.
Here’s how to make it:
The main ingredients of this tea are ginger and turmeric. It also contains freshly squeezed lemon juice and raw organic honey, both of which have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and help to reduce the bitterness of the tea (caused by the ginger & turmeric.
Make sure that all ingredients are fresh and organic. It’s very important because we’re looking to reduce inflammation, we don’t want to create it with something that might be genetically modified or have pesticides and additives added to it!
Puur organic turmeric can be hard to find sometimes at health food or grocery stores, but it can easily be ordered online. Turmeric is also a powerful fat burning spice and it may also help fix fatty liver.
Take one part ginger and one part turmeric and grate them up. Put them both a pot with the water and bring this water to a boil.
As soon as it’s boiling put it down to a simmer and let it steep for at least 20 minutes. You can actually let it steep for 24 hours to get all the beneficial properties out of it.
After you’ve let it steep for al least 20 minutes the tea should have a nice yellowish reddish hue to it. Now you can strain the tea and put it in a cup.
Next, squeeze some raw lemon juice into it (half of a lemon or full lemon) depending on how much tea you’re making. Lemon has tons of electrolytes and vitamins that help to fight inflammation.
Finally, add some raw organic honey (about a tea spoon per cup). Not only does this make the tea a lot easier to drink, but it also has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Don’t put in too much honey though. A tea spoon per cup of tea is a good rule of thumb.
This tea is a bit of an acquired taste. It packs a really powerful punch. When you take it for the first time you may think it’s a bit too strong for you. It takes some getting used to, but once you do you may even find yourself enjoying this strong flavor.
This tea can have some powerful effects on your body. Not only for relieving pain but alleviating joint issues and fighting inflammation.
Here’s another secret:
Turmeric is fat soluble. This means that – to get the maximum benefits – you have to intake it with some healthy fats. One of the best types of healthy fat to use, which also has anti-inflammatory properties, is organic coconut oil.
The secret to getting the benefits of turmeric is taking it with a little bit of fat.
So, take a teaspoon of organic coconut oil before you drink the tea.
Besides being anti-inflammatory, organic coconut oil is also microbial and antiviral. It kills harmful microbes in your stomach as well as helps with lubricating joints. It’s also great for the brain.
Well, there you have it… a natural pain relief tea that has some amazing anti-inflammatory properties and additional health benefits as well.
Try it out and see what you thing about it. It’s and acquired taste, but remember… if you need to you can always add more honey and more lemon. Chances are it will grow on you pretty soon. If it doesn’t, you should still consider drinking it just for its many health benefits.
